Jen now offers privates lessons in a small studio in her home, which accommodates 1-2 students. If you are interested in taking private yoga lessons with Jen, please email her.
Private lessons are 90 minutes. Your first session will include a personal assessment and discussion of your individual goals. Private sessions can include gentle yoga, yin yoga, restorative yoga, beginner hatha yoga, or yoga philosophy. All lessons will include pranayama (breath work) and meditation.
First session: $75 per person
One session: $60
Five sessions: $275
Ten sessions: $500
