Gentle: Appropriate for those with movement limitations, body and joint stiffness, physical disabilities, and chronic illness, pain and fatigue
Beginner: For those who are new to yoga or with a seasoned practice. Modifications will be available.
Intermediate: For experienced students with a strong practice.
